From jaw pain, neck pain, and lower back pain, I was having lots of headaches and wasn’t sleeping well at all.
Then came the death of my husband’s mom and both of my parents.
We were very stressed from years of caregiving, travel, and grief. My husband ended up with a Crohn’s diagnosis and we had to make a lot of changes in our diet.
We ate pretty healthy before, but now we had to get more strict with the anti-inflammatory foods.
