IF is basically setting an eating window (12 hours or less) for each day and changing it as your schedule changes.

We will take baby steps and if one day doesn't work, that's ok!

I grew up in a stressful family and my stress response was high.  Then, college and work added to that stress in my body.  

From jaw pain, neck pain, and lower back pain, I was having lots of headaches and wasn’t sleeping well at all.


Then came the death of my husband’s mom and both of my parents.  


We were very stressed from years of caregiving, travel, and grief. My husband ended up with a Crohn’s diagnosis and we had to make a lot of changes in our diet.  


We ate pretty healthy before, but now we had to get more strict with the anti-inflammatory foods.


I had tried sugar detoxes in the past, and I knew what supplements to take to help with my aches and pains. But, I knew I needed something more to help with anxiety and chronic back pain.  That’s when I decided to read several books on Intermittent Fasting.  


IF has become a lifestyle for me and with it I’ve begun to make a lot more changes including quitting coffee!  I love coffee (I still have it sometimes.)
