But being a kid can be stressful too.
They also need skills to be aware of and manage the stress and anxiety in their own bodies.
You want to manage your own stress and set an example for your little ones.
You want to take care of yourself and your kids.
What if it wasn’t an either-or?
You don’t have to choose between caring for yourself and guiding your children.
You can learn and practice
together.
You can start your day with intention and movement,
use the exercises to relax in the evening before bed
or anytime in between.

I grew up in a household with a lot of love, but lots of stress. I trapped trauma in my body and didn’t learn healthy ways to deal with it until I found yoga.
As a kid, I was outside constantly climbing trees, riding my bike and swimming in the lake.
I’ve realized as an adult that being surrounded by nature continues to relax and renew me.
I am so excited to bring yoga and nature to your family and provide opportunities for you to grow together.
