I’ve been where you are...

I had so much passion to share my voice and not enough knowledge to put it out into the world.

Despite making a commitment to growing my business, I was spinning my wheels because I wasn’t sure where to begin.

I was a kids yoga teacher and coach with so much vision and feeling like a failure because that vision was at a standstill. I started asking myself, “What do I need to feel good with growing my business so that I can show up best for others?”

I followed a coach and learned a lot about growing an audience and showing up authentically. I used my own coaching practices and mindfulness techniques to attend to my limiting beliefs and my tender heart so I can continue to feel clear and confident even when I experience bumps in the road (which there are plenty in entrepreneurship).

Now I help other women to do the same. To take back their power, to gain clarity, and to build confidence in their relationships and business.

I’m passionate about being the change I wish to see in the world and I love supporting women in sharing their passions to inspire change in the world too.
