3 Things that told me that I was in BURNOUT and I needed to QUIT my job!
2 years ago, I was very scared that something bad might happen.  I needed a change quickly!!

Now I know. 

I was in the middle of burnout!

First of all, what is Burnout?
It's a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress.  It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally, drained and unable to meet constant demands.

You may be experiencing 3 things: 
  • a lack of social support
  • taking on more than one can handle
  • poor self care
