BENEFIT #26:  When you relieve your pain, your mood improves, you're more inclined to be active, and you don't need as much medication.  Can I get an amen to that?!  If I don't take care of my neck and lower back daily, I usually end up with headaches, shoulder pain, and sciatica.  In addition to yoga, essential oils and supplements have helped me tremendously.
